EATING PROBLEMS

Feelings of guilt, shame, or even denying that you have an eating problem are very common. Low-self-esteem, controlling issues, social pressure, repressing emotions, etc can lead to eating disorders such as:

  • Anorexia

  • Bulimia

  • Binge eating

It might be time to change your thinking and behaviours around food, eating and weight.

Over the last few years I have seen many clients with very disordered eating patterns but what they had most in common was that they didn’t trust their bodies, didn´t love them and because of it, they treated them badly with no respect.

My focus lies on health (physical, emotional and mental health) and not on weight!

We need to create a healthy relationship between ourselves, our emotions and our bodies!

I´ll help you by using Counselling skills, together with different Hypnotherapy techniques to make positive suggestions to your subconscious mind to help break this pattern. 

It is important to raise your confidence and self-esteem to lower your anxiety around food. 

In some extreme cases, depending on the severity of the problem, I might need to work alongside your Psychiatrist and/or Nutritionist.
