How I work
My approach is both Clinical, Regressive and Transpersonal.
I was trained in several different Therapeutic approaches, which offers me a wide range of different techniques from Psychoanalysis, Humanistic, Psychosynthesis, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Meditation, Energy Healing which can be adapted to fit the client´s presenting issues and needs.
Psychoanalysis developed by Freud and then Jung, deals with the unconscious mind and underlying issues. In hypnosis, this is called Hypnoanalysis, which implies that there is a cause behind current issues or concerns. So, I always tend to examine the root causes of your problems for lasting results. This will be a combination between talking therapy and hypnotherapy.
Behavioral Psychology uses environmental modifications to alter bad habits. In hypnosis (deep relaxation), I am able to give direct positive suggestion to reinforcing a new behavior change desired by the client.
Humanistic Psychology acknowledges that our ultimate striving is for self-actualization: a healthy integration of body, mind and feelings. In hypnosis (deep relaxation) I use different techniques to enhance your potential for personal mastery (Self-Confidence, Assertiveness, Career success, etc)
Transpersonal Psychology states that we strive toward self-transcendence and the realization of our spiritual potential. In Hypnosis (deep relaxation) I can incorporate different ways of meditation with hypnotherapy to tap the resources of the unconscious mind to help you to connect with your Higher Self and the source of all that is.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, discreet, and peaceful environment in which clients may explore and work through their difficulties such as anxiety, stress, grief, depression, bad habits, disordered eating habits, addictions, fears, traumas, phobias, low-self-esteem, etc.
Whatever you are facing in your life; I can support and guide you through these difficult times to help heal your wounds and finally you will be able to be in control of yourself and your own life.
What to expect on our first session?
On our first session, I will be asking about what brings you to therapy. It will be a gentle conversation trying to get to know you and your life history a little bit and how your troubles affect your present life.
I will then let you know how I can help and explain how the next sessions will be like. And we will move on from there setting a therapeutic plan to help you out.
I successfully conduct sessions via Skype or Zoom.
So, regardless of where you are in the world I can help you!
All you need is a good internet connection, and some privacy.
