LOW SELF-CONFIDENCE

“Self-confidence” and “self-esteem” may be linked but they are not the same thing: 

Self-confidence is the way we feel about our ability to carry out tasks and roles. 

Self-esteem is about the way we feel about ourselves – the way we look, behave and think.

Self-confidence may have a huge impact on your career and relationships. These deep-seated beliefs dwell in our unconscious and it is difficult to control them.

I´ll work with you to discover what may have caused you to develop low-confidence through some Counselling skills together with Hypnotherapy technics.

These suggestions (positive affirmations) are tailored to each individual and you will start taking control of how you feel and act.

We will work together to establish realistic and achievable goals. These goals are built upon, over a period of time, until the final goal is eventually achieved.
